BOARD OF DIRECTORS

While traveling through New Mexico in her early thirties, she made an overnight stop in Taos and knew she wanted to return. She raised a family in Wisconsin while teaching horse back riding, breeding, boarding and showing horses. When her husband asked her what she wanted to do for her birthday, she surprised him with “ I want a hot air balloon ride in Taos.”

In Wisconsin she worked in watercolor, mosaics, and glass fusing with courses in hot glass. Even before moving full time to this area, she has taken TIGA classes and worked on the Board level, including involvement in the 2012 Taos Art glass Invitational/Walking on Glass Tour.

She is a Therapeutic Riding Instructor with special needs children through the Equine Spirit Sanctuary. New Mexico is the perfect place for her art, trail riding, hiking with her dogs, skiing and listening to the music filling the Taos evenings.
